What Is PinSeekerz

PinSeekerz is a structured, skill-based golf challenge offered at participating private country clubs.During a normal round of play, golfers may optionally opt in for a flat entry fee to compete proximity and hole-in-one challenges on designated par 3 holes.Prizes are awarded based strictly on performance and verified according to official rules.PinSeekerz is not a game of chance. Outcomes are determined by a players skill and confirmed through measurement and video review.

PARTICIPANT WAIVER, RELEASE & OFFICIAL RULES
(Daily Skill Challenge)
By electing to participate in the PinSeekerz skill-based golf challenge (“Program”), the participant (“Participant”) acknowledges, understands, and agrees to the following terms and conditions.
Participation is entirely voluntary.
1. ELIGIBILITY
• Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Participants must be amateur golfers (no golf professionals or teaching professionals).
• Employees, contractors, or representatives of PinSeekerz, the hosting golf course (“Course”), or affiliated vendors are not eligible.
• Participation is limited to individuals playing a normal round of golf on the Course.
2. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
• The Program is a skill-based golf challenge offered during regular rounds of play.
• Participants may opt in by paying the designated entry fee prior to attempting any qualifying shot.
• Entry entitles the Participant to one (1) attempt per designated hole during the round.
• No practice shot, mulligan, or replay shots are permitted on a qualifying hole.
3. QUALIFYING ATTEMPT REQUIREMENTSTo be considered a valid qualifying attempt:• The shot must be struck from your designated teeing ground.
• The shot must be the Participant’s first and only stroke played on that hole.
• The ball must be played under the Rules of Golf.
• The ball must come to rest naturally and without interference.
4. WINNING CONDITIONSHole-in-One
A hole-in-one is valid only if:
• The ball is struck from the teeing ground.
• The ball enters the hole directly from the tee shot.
• The ball comes to rest entirely within the hole on its own.
• The ball is not deflected, assisted, knocked, or moved by:
- another ball
- a player
- a caddie
- a club
- a flagstick being intentionally manipulated
- any outside influence or object
4.1 PROXIMITY / DISTANCE-BASED PRIZES (IF APPLICABLE)
For proximity-based prizes, the following rules apply:
• A measuring device designed for closest-to-the-pin competitions shall be used.
• The measuring device shall be placed flush within the hole.
• The device shall consist of:
- a yellow measurement zone representing the qualifying prize distance, and
- a black measurement zone representing a secondary or consolation distance.
Primary Proximity Prize
• To qualify for the primary proximity prize, the Participant’s ball must come to rest within the yellow measurement zone.
• For verification purposes, the entire golf ball must be visually determined to be within the yellow zone.
• At Operator’s discretion, a ball with any portion visibly overlapping the yellow zone may be deemed a qualifying attempt.

Secondary / Consolation Prize
• A ball that comes to rest within the black measurement zone may qualify for a secondary prize, as designated by the Program.
• The ball must come to rest naturally and remain at rest.
• Any ball that rolls, oscillates, or is repositioned is not eligible.
5. INVALID ATTEMPTS
An attempt shall be deemed invalid if any of the following occur:
• The ball is struck more than once.
• The ball is intentionally repositioned.
• The ball is contacted or moved after coming to rest.
• The shot is replayed for any reason.
• The Participant fails to opt in prior to the attempt.
• The Participant violates Course rules or Program rules.
• The attempt is not captured by the verification system.
• Required verification cannot be reasonably confirmed.
• The measuring device is not properly seated within the hole.
• The ball contacts or dislodges the measuring device prior to coming to rest.
• The ball is intentionally repositioned to improve measurement.
• The ball comes to rest partially supported by the measuring device.
• The final resting position cannot be clearly verified by video.
6. VERIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
All winning attempts are subject to verification and must satisfy all of the following:
• Video recording from Program camera systems.
• Visual confirmation of:
- the Participant
- the tee shot
- the ball’s final resting position

• Confirmation by at least one (1) adult witness, which may include:
- a playing partner
- Course staff member
• Completion of all required claim documentation.
For proximity-based prizes, video evidence showing placement of the measuring device and the ball’s final resting position must be sufficient to reasonably confirm eligibility. Where precise measurement cannot be conclusively determined, Operator reserves the right to apply conservative interpretation or deny the claim.
6.1 MEASUREMENT AUTHORITY
All proximity measurements and prize determinations shall be made using approved Program equipment and verification methods. Operator retains final authority in interpreting measurement results based on available video, physical reference, and witness confirmation.
PinSeekerz reserves the right to request additional verification if necessary.7. CLAIM PROCESS
• All prize claims must be submitted in accordance with PinSeekerz claim procedures.
• Claim documentation must be completed accurately and truthfully.
• Required forms may include participant statements, witness statements, and Course staff confirmation.
• Failure to complete required documentation may result in claim denial.
• Prize payouts are subject to insurance approval where applicable.
8. NO GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT
• Participation does not guarantee a prize payout.
• All prizes are contingent upon full compliance with Program rules and verification requirements.
• Insurance providers reserve final determination authority for insured prizes.
9. DISPUTES & FINAL AUTHORITY
• All decisions regarding eligibility, verification, rule interpretation, and prize determination are final and binding.
• PinSeekerz reserves sole discretion in resolving disputes.
• Video evidence shall take precedence over verbal accounts.
10. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Participant understands that golf is an inherently risky activity and voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or loss.
11. RELEASE & WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges PinSeekerz, the Course, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims arising out of participation in the Program, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
12. NO GAMBLING ACKNOWLEDGMENT
Participant acknowledges that:
• The Program is a skill-based promotional challenge.
• Entry fees constitute payment to participate, not a wager.
• Outcomes are determined by the Participant’s own skill.
13. USE OF LIKENESS
Participant grants PinSeekerz the right to use video footage, images, and likeness of the attempt for verification, promotional, and marketing purposes without additional compensation.
14. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
15. ACCEPTANCE
By participating in the Program, the Participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all rules and terms outlined herein.
